Is it compatible with induction hobs?

Yes, every piece in the set works on all stovetops, including induction, gas, electric and ceramic glass. The base is designed to heat evenly on any of them.

Yes. The ceramic coating is PFOA, PFAS and lead-free, so you can cook with confidence knowing no harmful chemicals are released, even at high temperatures.
